Alex holds an Honors Degree in Kinesiology from York University, is certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as having completed numerous certifications in the areas of strength and conditioning, core stability and fat loss, corrective and postural exercise, post rehabilitative care, functional training, and high performance sport conditioning. With his diverse background and creative training systems, Alex has skyrocketed far beyond the status quo of today's trainer, and has emerged as the ideal prototype for the future of health and fitness training.
Alex's media profile includes being selected by Harlequin to grace three of their romance novel covers, a feature role as the fitness expert for MTV Live's "The Largest Loser" contest, and the position of trainer to on air contestant/winner Charles Hinkson; whom he helped to lose 27 pounds in 5 weeks with his unwavering commitment and unique tough love approach.
Alex has also been quoted in TV guide and Glow magazine, appeared live as an expert on City TV's Perfect Fit, and has been seen multiple times on City Pulse 24 with Anne Rohmer, tackling current issues in the health and fitness industry. Enza holds an Honours Degree in Kinesiology from York University, is certified as a Personal Training Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and has completed certifications in the area of fitness testing and assessment. Enza's thirst for knowledge, attention to detail, and creative approach to training, have all contributed to amazing client results and satisfaction. Coupled with her advanced background in sport and dance, Enza utilizes the AAI integrated training method to individualize programs based on each client's unique needs. Enza is a specialist in weight loss, strength and conditioning, youth training, and postural correction. Also, Enza has a strong belief in continued education and is currently taking the corrective exercise specialist certification through the NASM.
