Extreme body transformation (EBT) is to resistance training as the Ironman is to triathlons. EBT challenges the mind, body, and spirit in a way that is indescribable to those who have not experienced it. EBT consists of 1-2 hours of training six days per week, for 5 weeks. The nutrition must be flawless, and the commitment unwavering. The results are dramatic and can be maintained (see pictures of Charles below). This is not a program for everyone. The screening process consists of a detailed medical background check and ninety minute assessment to determine suitability.
